Buffet Dining
Buffets can be a cost effective and satisfying option for all types of events where a greater range of options can be offered.
Whilst it may be considered a more casual style of dining, this definitely does not have to mean any sacrifice in quality or elegance as food can be displayed just as beautifully as plated or family style.
Buffet service can be served surprisingly fast, especially with a larger guest count, we recommend 1 serving station per 150 guests.
If you have a large guest count we advise sending guests up by table to control the traffic and ensure food is consistently filled and fresh.
